Uncle Danny for X-Mas!!!

I LOVE UNCLE DANNY!!!

This was our first meeting and already I can see where I get my good looks. Thanks for learning how hold me and feed me so quickly. You are quite good at comforting me, too! I know I can be loud and annoying at first, but you seem to take it all with a big grin.

Now, If I can only get you to change my diapers...hummmm.

Sleeping and Swinging

Dad is so cool. I LOVE it when he puts me in this Bjorn thing. I pass out and then he swings me around while I sleep all day. Notice how artfully my arms and legs dangle.

I dare anyone to dangle in their sleep like I do.

Tongue Tied or Not?

This is a long and annoying video of me crying and showing off my tongue. Anne, moms lactation consultant seems to think I am tongue tied. I am not so sure.

Any Doctors got a second opinion?

Thanks,

Zion

Where Are They Taking Me Now?

Sometimes I just want to hang out at home all day. They didn't ask my permission to take me anywhere. They never consult with me as to what I might want, and the few times I have been out I have gone to a doctor of some sort. Can you ASSOCIATION?

Though, once I DO get out and about I love it. Especially riding around in the car.

You guys could send in some pictures of your travels too, ya know!

On Mommy's Shoulder

One Month Birthday

Hello Everyone!

Today is my ONE MONTH BIRTHDAY already.

To celebrate, mom and dad took me to Java Jive for lunch. We met Alberto and caught up. He got to look at my little baby pimple face and make fun of my new parents.

We walked there and got caught in a cold rain on the way back. I slept threw nearly the whole thing while mommy got worried and dad found some newspapers to put over us as we walked home.

Daddy gave me a bath in the clamshell sink and I was great until he took me out of the warm water...then I screamed as loudly as I could.

It sure is fun keeping my parents on their toesies.

Okay...back to sleep...

Is that Grandmas Matzoh-Ball soup I smell in the background?

Thanks for feeding my parents Grandma! I can't wait to try your cooking. This milk stuff day in and day out is getting very boring.

In Daddy's Elbow

Surrounded by Angels

Happy Holidays Everyone!

Ellen gave me my very own and first kippah and we lit some candles together. Then, Aunt Kathy had us over for dinner where I got loved on by Aunt Nancy and Uncle Jimmy. Thanks guys for a great dinner and company and multiple burping sessions.

Also, a special shout out to Kim Forgey in LaDeeDaa. I can't wait to come down and swim and meet the whole family. I know I heard your kids from inside mommy, but it was far too muffled then.

Zion

Zion in Bjorn

Whilst I took a nap Daddy sneaked up on me and tossed me into this new contraption called a Baby Bjorn. It was soooooo nice and warm and cozy...felt just like home.

We walked to see Dana and Farzad and my new playmates Marcelle and Andre and got cookies and came back home to eat. This is Marcelle and Andre on the sofa.

Other than the usual eating, potty in diapers, sleeping, screaming and doing it all over again, that was my day. Yup, not much more going on than that. Well, not much more I can describe. According to the internet I am learning tons really fast. I am actually learning more in ten minutes than it takes an adult in a few weeks.

Love you all,
Zion

I Sneeze, Too!

This is never before seen footage of me sneezing. In the history of our species there has never been caught live, on film, me in full sneeze.

For your viewing pleasure, I am posting this footage despite my parents disapproval.

Comments welcome.

Hiccups Are My Life

Hey Folks!

I am constantly hiccuping after nearly every meal right now. Fran, a lady with five kids who works with my dad told him not to worry. It is totally normal and has to do with me growing.

They haven't worked for me yet, but the following is a link to home remedies that may work for you. I do NOT suggest smoking to get rid of hiccups...that's silly!

By the way, I am growing as Fran suggested. Now I weigh 8 lbs. and I have grown 1/2 an inch since I was born.

Notice the fatter cheeks, too!

Bye,

Zion

Can't Switch Formulas Like That!

Hello friends and family!

My eyes are getting better after my parents put these drops in them. They cost about five dollars per each drop and they target Staff infections. My dad puts about a half drop on each eyelid and the next day everything looks a bit better.

Today Grandma and Grandpa came over and took care of my parents and gave them a break to let them sleep. David and KwiYoung had this hair brained idea to change formula on me 'cold turkey'. They wanted to try a soy based one instead of milk based and I got stopped up the entire day...then, today, POW! i gave it to 'em in one lump sum. Then they read the directions to me. It said, "don't change formula all at once!" Mom, Dad, with all due respect, RTFM!

What?!@#$%

I said, with ALL DUE RESPECT.

For the last to days I have eaten 6 ounces less that the prior days. I want to make my parents realize they can't just switch things around on me without asking.

I sleep most days, listen to music until late with my parents, or watch TV while they try to keep me up just after eating. I can't believe they broke down and got the TV hooked up after so many years of not having it. I am glad tho, they are kind of brain dead right now and it makes them feel better going through all the changes they are facing right now.

Okay, drop me a note sometime.

Love,
Zion
